In this case, a patient with severe post-burn facial contractures required a carefully planned approach that combined traditional orthodontic biomechanics with modern 3D technology. By repositioning teeth and restoring the dental arch before reconstructive surgery, the medical team was able to simplify the surgical process while improving functional outcomes.
